The Staff
Costume Crue Lead
Emily Gendron( she/her) - is beyond excited to be back in the theater world and diving headfirst into this season with Cue to Cue. Her love with drama began in the eighth grade, and she has been hooked ever since, building an impressive background that spans film and television pilots, local independent showcases, and high-intensity school productions.
An absolute powerhouse behind the sewing machine and wardrobe racks, Emily served as the head of the costume department throughout high school. Her extensive design and acting credits include acclaimed productions such as The Wolves, The Crucible, and Rebel Without a Cause.
This season also marks a fantastic reunion, as Emily and Director Kody Ferreira actually grew up making theater together back in their high school days, bringing the massive worlds of "Robin Hood" and "Les Misérables" to life. Whether she is tailoring the perfect look for a lead character or teaching students how to manage a quick-change backstage, Emily cannot wait to bring her expertise, creativity, and leadership back to the Crüe.
Front Of House Manager
Name: Jennifer AKA Mr.Kody's Mom (she/her)
Behind every great youth theatre company is a dedicated team, and keeping things running smoothly out front for Cue to Cue is Mr. Kody’s Mom. While she wears many hats around C2C, she is happiest when greeting families and supporting the incredible cast and crüe behind the scenes.
On show days, you will find her running the lobby operations—managing the ticketing desk, keeping lineups organized, and ensuring a smooth, safe experience for our audience from the moment the doors open. She is also our official merchandise coordinator, handling the distribution of our t-shirts, hoodies, and toques to make sure every student gets their gear.
From managing front-of-house logistics to tackling every single odd job that needs doing around the theater, she does it all with a massive smile. She is incredibly proud to support the director, the staff, and all of these talented young performers!
