Frequently Asked Questions

When will my items arrive?

All apparel ordered during September will be batched, printed, and distributed directly at Rosemount Hall by end of October. No shipping fees required!

Is merchandise mandatory?

While we highly recommend every student has at least one official company shirt for community events and promotional photos, purchasing gear is entirely optional.

Can parents and volunteers buy gear?

Absolutely! We love seeing a lobby full of supporters wearing the logo on show night.

How the Signatures Work (For the Shirts)?

During our Week 2 rehearsals in September, we will have a master sheet layout at Rosemount Hall. Every single Cast member and Crüe member will sign their name on the grid. We hand that master sheet straight over to the design team at Bite Marketing, and they burn the actual signatures directly into the screen-printing layout for production!
